Yoga cures Neurological Disorders

Yoga is being increasingly used in modern times for curing many neurological diseases. Scientists have proved that yoga cures many of the disorders such as multiple sclerosis; Alzheimer’s etc can be prevented. Daily yoga for 20-30 min prevents us from depression, anxiety, controls the blood pressure giving good health and improves mental health. Yoga gives good strength to our body mainly improves the neuromuscular coordination. Classical yoga gives physical strength and heals the parasympathetic nervous system. Meditation improves the consciousness, creative thinking and also helps in developing positive thinking mainly it helps to get good control on our sense. Ananda yoga helps to develop spirit and wisdom.

Research shows that people doing yoga daily without any failure posses good health and they will be far away from the chronic diseases. Daily give some time for the mind to get relaxation so that all the nerves and neurons will relax. Don’t give excess pressure or work for the brain which develops depression.

Ananda yoga plays a very important role in balancing the nervous system through awareness of the connection between body and mind. It gives good relaxation to the mind and body, which is necessary thing for the people who are working for hours together continuously.

This study concludes that “Stay an extra day, Relax and absorb your experience. Make your brain sharp by giving some relaxation through Yoga.”
